1. PASS MARKS AND PROMOTION
a) A student must have 95% attendance in class. Students who do not attend 95% of the school working days may not be promoted.
b) There will have three terms. Each subject per term will carry 100 Marks. Passing marks is 40% of aggregate of three terms.
c) Students must pass in each subject in order to get promoted to the next class. i.e. students must get a minimum of 40% marks in an aggregate of three terms in each subject in order to get promoted.
d) A student will be detained if he or she is unsuccessful in 2 (Two) subjects.
e) If unsuccessful a student can only repeat the same class once.
f) The decision of the school regarding promotion is absolute. Any sort of influence or advice will be rejected after the decision is made.
2. UNIFORM:
a) Boys: Light Purple Shirt with Black Piping on colour & pocket including monogram on it. Black full Pant and Black Tie, White Socks with Black Shoes and Black Sweater in Winter.
Hair Cut: Boys must be very decent (with short hair cut. No other fashionable style)
b) Girls: Light Purple Shirt with Black Piping on colour & Pocket including monogram on it. Black Skirt and Black Tie, White Socks with Black Shoes and Black Sweater in Winter.
Hair Cut: Girls must make to ponytail on two braids using black bands and black clips. Any short of colorful hair band in not allowed.
3. CAMPUS POLICIES AND PRACTICES FOR THE STUDENTS:
a) Morning shift and Day shift students must enter the school premises 8:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. respectively.
b) Students must pay their respect to the teachers.
c) Students must wear the appropriate school uniform every day except Thursday. Casual dress is allowed on Thursday. But it is mandatory for students to wear the school uniform during semester exam (even on Thursday).
d) It is mandatory for students to participate and maintain pin drop silence during the national anthem and oath.
e) Students cannot leave their seats or leave the classroom in between classes and are not allowed/ permitted to seat on high benches, desks tops and veranda railings.
f) Students must bring their own stationeries (Books, Copies, Eraser, Colour Pencil etc). They are not allowed to borrow things from others.
g) Students cannot take away someone else's belongings with them. If the incident does occur unwillingly, students must return them the following day.
h) Students will come with the guardian to check the examination script on due date.
i) Students must bring a letter of absence stating genuine emergencies with parent's signature. If they were absent in the previous days, they should submit authentic documents. If leave in advance is required, parents must apply to the authentic reasons.
j) Students are not allowed to bring any sort of magazine, sticker, technological devices (Pen drive, CD, Mobile, iPad, Camera etc.), large amount of money, ornaments and watches.
k) Students must keep themselves neat and tidy.
l) Any sort of unsuitable food or beverage (Chips, Juice, Soft drinks, Soup etc) is not allowed inside the school premises.
m) Concerned teacher can consider a detention if a student disturbs in the class, not attentive in the class, make noise in the class, copy from others or any other even that do not support to follow the class properly.
n) Each student must bring his or her diary to school everyday.
4. ATTENDANCE
a) A student should attend school everyday. Absent students must bring excuse letter on the day they return to school. The letter must state why the student was absent and signature by the parents/ guardians. The letter should be submitted to class teacher (1st period teacher).
b) Students must pay 10 taka fine for each day of absence, if no legitimate excuse for absence is found.
c) Application for leave of absence and leave in advance must be signed by parents in order to be granted.
d) If a student is absent for more than a month without prior notice, he/ she eill have to take readmission.
e) Early leave from the school apart from sickness of an emergency will not be entertained.
5. RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE GUARDIANS
a) Parents must encourage their children to follow the rules and regulations of the school.

e) If a student loses his or her school diary, parents must submit 120 taka for a new one.
f) Only the teachers are allowed to comment on student's diary.
6. PAYMENT & FEES
a) Admission and monthly tuition fees must be paid within the first 10 days of each month. A fine of 10 taka will be charged per day after the assigned day.
b) If a student is unable to pay the tuition fees for two consecutive months, Their names will be dropped and in the case re-admission will be required.
7. CLASSES RESUME AND END
a) Beside the parents, only the registered guardians from the school can pick up the students.
b) Students must enter the school premises on time.
8. PARENTS AND TEACHERS MEETING
a) Parents are allowed to meet the teachers only at specific times. Parents under no circumstances are allowed to meet the teachers or children during class hours.
b) Parents must be complacent to any decision/ ruling made by the school authority.
9. ID CARDS
a) All students must bring ID card when they come to school.
10. CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
a) Students are encoruaged to participate in co-curricular activities in order to grow and develop their inner talents.
11. DECISION OF SCHOOL AUTHORITY
a) The school authority reserves the right to change or modify of any rules and regulations, including those not written in this book, any time of the year.

70% - 79% = A
60% - 69% = A-
50% - 59% = B
40% - 49% = C
33% - 39% = D
00% - 32% = F
The result of all the semesters will be published by grade system.
